Recorded at Bon Iver's home studio in the Northwoods of Wisconsin, produced and mixed by Brian Moen of
Peter Wolf Crier, and mastered by
T.W. Walsh, 'Something Like Blood' has been gaining the Eau Claire four piece a lot of early praise for their
"entirely fresh" songs (AustinTownHall),
“precise musicianship, inescapable melodies and near-perfect pacing” (IndependentClauses) and
