It's already the last month of 2009? Hard to believe! Nearly one year ago Right On! PR was officially launched and what a great, great year it has been! Many thanks to the writers, editors, fans, managers, labels and talent for rocking 2009!

OLA PODRIDA have an Austin date for their one and only show of 2009 and it is happening Friday, Dec 11 @ Mohawk! Led by songwriter David Wingo, the live version of Ola Podrida is comprised of fellow Austin musicians who will be bringing David's songs from his newly released 'Belly of the Lion' lp to life alongside tracks from his highly praised debut solo lp under the Ola Podrida name. Stay tuned for 2010 touring news...

Even when they are away tearing it up overseas, MATT & KIM continue to hit huge here at home. Mark Hoppus picked the Brooklyn duo for his Hopp on Pop Band of the Week at SPIN.com. Great taste, Mark! And be sure to catch Matt & Kim's showstopping performance of "Lessons Learned" and acceptance of Best Video Woodie this Friday at 9EST on MTV, MTVu and MTV2!

The unbelievably talented REGGIE WATTS has three NY performances coming up which you won't want to miss. All three will be taped for a cd/dvd for Comedy Central Records. Be part of history and get your mind blown at the same time!

JOHN ROBERTS will be wrapping his amazing Fall residency at Comix in NYC with his hilarious Holiday Show on Dec 22. Onstage John and an impressive array of wigs amazingly portray Deborah bff Jackie, east coast every-mom Margie, rock star burnout Johnny Blazedale, Jersey sister Jody, NJ's worst comedian Paulie P, vegan Linda, and many more. Reggie Watts also performs.

A tremendously funny UK Showcase is happening one night only as MAEVE HIGGINS & TOM ALLEN take the stage at Upright Citizens Brigade Theater on Dec 3. Ireland's queen of charming hilarity Maeve Higgins will be making her US debut with "Stop the Lights!" while TOM ALLEN, in a rare Stateside appearance, will be performing his show "Women!"

In case you haven't heard, legendary wit MARC MARON has a terrific new gig as host of his own top rated podcast where twice a week he tackles the most complex philosophical question of our day: WTF? Season 2 of the Adult Swim hit show DELOCATED recently finished shooting in NY. Now in the coming months the awesome JON GLASER and company will be hunkered down in editing to bring you the finest in live action comedy when Delocated airs this spring in its glorious half hour episodes. In the meantime, Jon will be keeping everyone up to speed with the DELOCATED BLOG which you should visit very often. As he says, "there will be loads of fun to be had all through the holidays, the new year, the Super Bowl, Lincoln's birthday, Valentine's Day, Daylight Savings Time, and whatever else happens before the show premiers"!
